Business Administration Assistant

 

Location:

  • Santa Clara.

Functions:

  1. Business Administration Assistant
    • Manage the PO/invoice, sales record, and software licenses
    • Assist on writing business contracts and legal document reviews
    • Assist on coordinating the meeting with distributors and customers
  2. Marketing Assistant
    • Maintain and support company website
    • Maintain product collaterals such as datasheets, and introduction slides
    • Assist on interfacing with third party marketing companies
    • Coordinate on industrial trade shows
  3. Office management
    • Support the basic office operations

Job Requirements:

  • BA or BS in related fields
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft office
  • Mandarin (Chinese) speaking is a plus
